摘要
对该热管式 CPU散热器的传热机理、传热路线和各传热阶段的热阻进行了定性分析和定量分析 ,设计了原理结构 ,建立了传热模型 ,导出了总传热系数的计算式 ,并给出了该热管散热器的设计计算实例。
In this paper, the qualitative analysis for the mechanism and the courses of heat transfer and the quantitative analysis for the thermal resistance in each course of heat transfer of this radiator with heat pipe for CPU are made. And based on the results of the above analysis, the modal and the formula of total coefficient of heat transfer of this radiator are also established. Finally, the designing and calculating example of this radiator is given.
