通过对 R托的形状、尺寸和精度要求等方面的冲压工艺性分析 ,确定了 R托的冲压工艺方案 ,进行了 R托落料模、冲孔模、弯曲翻边起伏模的模具设计。
The paper ascertains the pressing technology of R-supporter and sets up the design of a blanking die, a holing die, a bending, reversing and fluctuating die, based on analyzing the pressing technology of R-supporter's shape, size, and precision requests.
