摘要
运用三维软件UG对汽车油底壳零件进行建模,并转换到DYNAFORM软件中建立有限元模型,利用BSE模块方便地将制件展开,得到毛坯尺寸。通过给定搭边值及毛坯的布置角度,自动找出材料利用率最高的排样方式。结果表明,该方法比传统方法计算精度更高,是一种有效的新方法。
The three-dimension model for auto cover panel has been built by use of software UG and exchanged into DYNAFORM software for building its FEM model.The blank size has been obtained by use of BSE module tounfold the work piece.The highest material-utilization nest has been put forward by setting the lap and the range of angle.Comparing with the traditional methods,the results show that this method can receive higher precision which is an effective method.
