摘要
利用油菜4个组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1和B_2 6个世代群体,根据Gamble的加性—显性—上位性模型,分析了油菜10个农艺性状的基因效应值和杂种优势的大小。结果表明:株高、主花序着荚密度、千粒重和每荚粒数4个性状,加性效应为重要的遗传因子,一次有效分枝数和二、三次有效分枝数2个性状,显性效应为主要遗传因素;上位性效应对这些性状的遗传起着重要的作用,杂种优势值等于显性效应值与加性×加性效应值的差值。并提出组合3为低世代选育理想的株高、主花序有效长度、千粒重的最佳组合。
Six generation populations (P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, B_1, B_2) in 4 crosses were used in the study and each kind of gene effects and heterosis of 10 agronomic traits of rape (B. napus L.) were estimated by the Addictive-Dominance-Epistatic Model proposed by Gamble.The results (Table 1-2) showed that addictive effects are important for traits of plant height, number of siliques on main branch per centimetre, 1000 seeds weight, seeds per silique. Number of primary branches, number of secondary branches were determined by dominance effects. The results also showed that epistatic effects are important in the inheritance of rape traits. The heterosis was determined by subtracting gene effect of addictive effect×addictive effect from dominance effect (Table 3). It indicated that cross 3 (Jiu' erl3-58×H102) is the best cross for breeding with the traits of 1000 seeds weight, plant height and length of the main inflorescence in lower generation.
