摘要
本文通过对大豆主要农艺性状的世代平均值分析,估算了 a、d、aa、ad 和 dd 各类基因效应。结果表明:主茎节数、分枝数、不稔荚和百粒重以加性基因效应为主,加性率均在50%以上。有效荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重的显性效应最重要,显性率分别是59.97%、64.73%和49.79%。所研究的9个性状均表现较高的上位效应,上位率在13.19%(单株粒重)—43.47%(株高)之间。因此,上位效应对大豆性状遗传具有重要影响。
Generation mean analysis was conducted for a number of important agronomic charac-ters of soybean to evaluate the roles played by the different gene effects.Data from the P1,P2,F1,F2,B1,and B2 generations of 5 combinations were used and estimates of gene ef-fects,including a,d,aa,ad,and dd,with their variances and mean percentages of SS,were obtained.The results indicated that the genetic variation for 4 characters,i.e.,number of nodeson the main stem,number of branches,number of sterile pods and 100 grain weight,wasmainly determined by additive effect,which accounted for more than 50% of the totalgenetic variation for all four traits.It was found that dominance effect was important fornumber of effective pods perplant,number of grains per plant and grain weight per plant;the SS for dominance effect for these traits were 59.97%,64.73% and 49.79% of the to-tal genetic variation respectively.Epistatic effect was found in all 9 characters studied andit was often significant.The SS for epistatic effect varied from 13.19%(grain weight perplant)to 43.47%(plant height),indicating that epistatic effect was also important in theinheritance of soybean traits.
