摘要
将春小麦与小麦—中间偃麦草二体异附加系Z4杂交,F0代幼胚培养、回交,得到0P1341-1等4份对条锈病免疫、高抗的株(穗)系;分析了株高等农艺性状,各性状的遗传变异系数变幅较大,在8.04%~149.59%,变异系数最大的是单株穗数,其次是千粒重,主要产量性状的遗传变异效应有利于丰产性状的选定。1343-1的综合品质性状最好,总体上籽粒粗蛋白含量呈超亲遗传效应,而湿面筋含量和沉淀值的遗传呈双亲均值和负向遗传效应。
Four plant(ear) lines that were immune or highly resistant to stripe rust were selected by the crossing of spring wheat and Thinopyrum intermedium disomic addition line Z_4. Plant height and other agronomic characters were classified and analyzed. The results showed that the range of genetic variation coefficient of various characters was 8.04%~149.59%. The variation coefficient of ears per plant was the largest and that of grain weight per ear and 1000-grains weight was the next. The effects of heredity and variation of main yield characters are valuable to the breeding of wheat variaties with high yield. The synthetical qualitaty trait of 1343-1 was the best. In general, the content of seed protein was all over their two parents, while the content of wet gluten and zeleny was all between their two parents or showed negatively genetic effects.
