摘要
用89个品种(品系)对 K 型不育系进行测定结果表明,其中44个品种没有恢复力;45个品种大都<60%,只有3个>80%.但 K-80(6)/T-6-3等3个组合按国际法计算恢复度均在130%以上,最高达147%。对自交系 K-E12A,K-8222A 和 K-149A 杂种优势的观察结果,超中亲优势分别为24.6%、57.9%和24.5%;超高亲优势分别为20.6%、37.6%和23.4%.
The results reported here show that 44 out of 89 varieties or lines used in testcros-ses can not restore the pollen fertility in F_1S,among them and the MS lines withAegilops kotschyi cytoplasm in common wheat,but 45 of them show different rates offertility restoration to the cytoplasm.However,most have the ability of fertilityrestoration below 60%,and only 3 over 80%(by “Chinese method”).Yet,the K-80(6)A×T—6-3 and other two crosses have seedset over 130%,and thehig hest up to 147.6%calculated by the (International method).On the investigation of F_1S of K-E12A,K-8222A and K-149A crossing with T6-3,the yield heterosis oaver the mid-averageof their parents are 24.6,57.9,24.5%,respectively;and that over the highest parentare 20.6,37.6,and 23.4%,respectively.
