摘要
目的 :研究和评价Orion锁定型颈椎前路钢板系统在颈椎外科的应用价值和作用。方法 :对 32例颈椎损伤与颈椎病患者行颈前路减压、植骨融合 ,并采用Orion钢板内固定。结果 :32例患者均获得半年以上随访 ,平均 9 5个月 ,除四例FrankelA级脊髓损伤者截瘫无恢复 ,其余患者术后神经功能均有不同程度恢复 ,植骨块在术后 3个月时获得骨性愈合。无一例发生钢板断裂 ,螺钉松动等并发症。结论 :Orion钢板操作简便 ,固定牢固 ,适用于因颈椎骨折脱位 ,颈椎病等行前路减压 +植骨的病例。
Objective:To evaluate the application value of Orion anterior locking plates in cervical surgery.Methods:32 cases of injure and cervical syndrome were treated by anterior decompression,autologous bone graft fusion and Orion plates fixation.Results:32 cases were followed-up over 6 months,average period was 9.5 months.Except 4 cases of myelon injury with Frankel score A level paraplegia were not relief,others were all recovered in vary degrees.Solid fusion were obtained at 3 months and no complication related to plate breaking and screw loosening.Conclusion:Orion plates were convenient to manipulate and able to keep stable fixation for the cervical vertebra,which makes it has important application value in treatment of cervical injury and cervical disorder.
