摘要
目的 研究和评估Orion 锁定型颈椎前路钢板系统(anterior cervicallocking plate system ,ACLPS)在颈椎外科的价值和作用。方法 对16 例颈椎疾病患者行颈前路减压、植骨融合,并采用ACLPS内固定。结果 16 例中13 例获随访≥6 个月。所有病例植骨均完全愈合,无一例发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症。结论 ACLPS 操作简单,可提供有效的固定节段稳定性,适用于颈椎失稳、颈椎外伤。
Objective To study and evaluate the application of Orion anterior cervical locking plate system(ACLPS) in cervical surgery. Methods 16 cases of cervical diseases or injuries were treated with anterior decompression, bone grafting and ACLPS fixation. Results 13 cases were followed up for more than 6 months. Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in all cases with no obvious complication of hardware fixation. There was no loosening of the plates and the screws. Conclusion ACLPS can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments. It is suitable for the treatment of cervical instability, trauma, tumor or degenerative diseases.
