摘要
目的 :探讨饮食干预对改善老年痴呆症患者营养不良的效果。方法 :对 35例营养不良的老年痴呆症患者进行饮食干预。观察干预前后营养状况改善及并发症改善状况。结果 :饮食干预约 8周后患者体重、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、淋巴细胞计数及感染性并发症发病率均有所改善 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :合理的营养及饮食能有效地改善老年痴呆症患者营养不良的状况 ,不同程度地降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To study the effect of diet intervention in improving the malnutrition in senile dementia.Method:Diet intervention was carried out in 35 cases of seniledementia suffering malnutrition.Following the diet intervention strategy, the nourishment and the evolution of complicated conditions were observed.Result:After the intervention for 8 weeks,the patients' condition in body weight,serum albumin,total protein and infecting complications was correct significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational nutrients and regular diet can improve the malnutrition in senile dementia effectively,and so reduce the complication incidence at variant degree.
