摘要
松江是上海市政府实现城乡一体化和一城九镇的试点区,因此松江的城市建设已经进入了加速发展阶段,该区的房地产业更是面临着一次较大的发展机遇。在新世纪,摸清了松江房地产业发展的现状、存在的问题[(\272\315)52.6(\276\337\323\320\265\304\323\305)]势之后,运用松江房地产业发展战略指导实践就显得尤为重要。
With the trying-out of the Shanghai governments city-country integration plan one city and nine towns, the real estate in Songjian District is being faced a larger development. Based on its present state, advantages and disadvantages, this article puts forward the growing strategies.
