摘要
上海房地产业在摆脱了2O世纪90年代后期曾一度出现的低迷状态后,现已进入了一个相对活跃的持续发展阶段。房地产已成为国民经济的一个新的经济增长点,并被市政府确定为“十五”期间上海经济发展的六大支柱产业之一。
Real estate industry in Shanghai has stepped out off stagnation prevailing in the later peri-od of 1990s, and it enters into a relatively active phase characteristic of continuous development. As a new point of growth in national economy, Shanghai Municipal Government has defined real estate indus-try as one of the six pillar industries during the period of 'the Tenth Five-Year Plan'.
