摘要
目的 探讨曲安舒松治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓 (OL P)的治疗效果。方法 将 16 5例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者分成曲安舒松治疗组和对照的地塞米松组与强的松两组 ;在治疗组采用曲安舒松注射于粘膜下层治疗糜烂型 OL P,而对照两组采用地塞米松封闭和口服强的松治疗。结果 曲安舒松治疗糜烂型 OL P与两对照组比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 采用曲安舒松治疗糜烂型 OL P疗效确切 ,副作用小 ,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of traiamcionolone on the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods 165 erosive OLP patients were divided into three groups: experimental and two control groups. In the experimental group, traiamcionolone was injected into the erosive submucous layer. While in the two control groups, dexamethasonum and metacortadracin were used.Results There was statistically significant difference between experimental group and two control groups.Conclusion Traiamcindone has good effect on erosive OLP.
