摘要
用ZeissVIDAA图象分析系统,对口腔颊部粘膜扁平苔藓、白斑、慢性非特异性炎症、鳞癌以及正常颊粘膜上皮的基底层及棘层细胞、细胞核的体积、直径及细胞核和细胞比值进行了系统的观察。结果显示,扁平苔藓病变的上皮细胞及胞核的体积和直径,无论是在基底层还是棘层(尤其是在基底层),其数值均与白斑及鳞癌上皮接近,尤其是与白斑组的数值最为接近,而与正常粘膜上皮及炎症组相差显著。因此,作者认为扁平苔藓的恶变可能不能忽视。证实形态计量学方法是一种可以将扁平苔藓与其它病变有效区分开的组织病理学方法。
Abstract In the present reaport,moaphomeiric metheds using the Zeiss VIDAS system were adopted for estimating the histological changes of the dimensions(volume and diameter) and N/C ratio of basal and spinous cells of cheek epithelium. Following histopathological samples of cheek mucosa were observed:normal mucosa(N),chronic unspecific inflammation(CUI), oral lichen planus(OLP),leukoplakia(LP) and the islands of carcinomatous epithelium of sqamous cell carcinoma(SCC).The results showed that the dimensions(volume and diameter) of both the cell and nucleus of the basal cell and spinous cell of OLP group,particularly in the basal layer.were quite close to LP and SCC group and were significantly different to normal and CUI group.Thus,the results have shown that quantitative techniques appear to have significant discriminatory ability and merit more comprehensive analysis as a technique for the objective histopathological diagnosis of oral lichen planus.Author's findings are also consistent with the observation that oral lichen planus is a premalignant condition.
