摘要 用弹性体和CaCO3 复合改性POM。采用TPU为增韧剂 ,CaCO3 为增强剂 ,研究了加工方法、组成比、填料用量、粒径及分散形态等因素对复合材料性能尤其是冲击韧性的影响。结果表明 ,两步法制备复合材料的冲击韧性大大高于一步法 ;且纳米级CaCO3 填充复合材料的综合性能优于其它粒径大小的填料 ;适量的弹性体及无机纳米填料的加入利于获得较好的增韧效果 ,当弹性体用量约为 10 % ,CaCO3 用量为 3 %时 ,与纯POM相比 ,冲击强度提高了 3倍 。 Polyoxymethylene (POM)/elastomer/filler ternary composites were prepared, in which thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) and inorganic filler, namely, CaCO 3, were used to achieve balanced mechanical properties of POM. The effects of processing methods, composition ratio, filler content, filler particle diameter and dispersion of the filler on the mechanical properties, especially the impact strength, of the prepared composites were studied. The results showed that better properties could be obtained by two-step processing method, in which the elastomer and the filler were mixed to get masterbatch first, then the masterbatch was melt blended with pure POM; nano-scale filler showed better properties than other fillers. The impact strength of the composites was 3 times higher than that of pure POM when the contents of TPU and CaCO 3 in the composite were 10% and 3% respectively, and the bending moduli of the composite and pure POM were about the same.
