摘要
采用了同时带有(CH2)链段和(CH2CH2O)链段的增容共聚物来改善聚甲醛与非极性高聚物共混合金的混容性,并对合金的亚微相态和力学性能进行了考察。通过对这些合金样品的偏光显微镜观察发现,虽然增容共聚物对非极性高聚物的增容作用不大,但它本身单独与POM共混却可以有效地阻止POM球晶的生长,使POM的冲击强度得到一定的提高。同时对POM/TPU共混合金的结晶形态的研究发现,大球晶的存在会排斥橡胶粒子,这正是当TPU含量小于30%时,不能有效增韧POM的主要原因.
Studies on micromorphological and mechanical properties of polyoxymetmene(POM)blends have been made,and the copolymerization of CH2 with CH2CH2O was conducted,and added it to these blends. Althogh copolymer does not enhance the compoatibility of POM with UHMWPE or with EPDM remarkablely,the spherulite crystal size of POM was decreased with the content of the copolymer,and it was attributed to improved Izod impact strength.The crystalline morphology of POM/TPU blends was investigated,it is the mainly large spherulite crystals existed in POM/TPU blends that hinders POM tounging with TPU for less than 30 percent of TPU content.
