摘要
探讨了ZnAl3#RE锌铝合金表面涂敷氧化铝激光重熔区的结晶过程,研究了其微观组织和析出相组成。结果表明,氧化铝熔入后生成了尖晶石结构的共晶体强化相,同时发现重熔区的晶粒大为细化,显微硬度有了很大提高,并在此基础上讨论了显微硬度、微观相组成和ε相氧含量间的关系。
The crystallization of the captioned alloy in laser cladding zone and its microstructure were investigated.The results show that Al2O3 is transformed into magnesium/aluminum needle-crystal-rock.Much finer and harder grains are achieved in the laser cladding zone.The relations among hardness,microstructure and oxide content in ε-phase are discussed.
