摘要
概述了激光冲击成形领域中约束层性能的发展动态;分析了约束层材料的厚度、密度、透光率、声阻抗、刚度、羟基—OH含量、各向物理性能等对激光冲击成形的影响。认为约束层性能是制约激光冲击成形效果的决定性因素。指出了应用于激光冲击成形的理想约束层性能,并提出约束层的制作工艺性这一概念,强调解决约束层的制作工艺性是目前激光冲击成形领域走向应用的关键。
The propeties of overlay in laser shock forming is summarized. Then the impact of its thickness, along with density, light transmittance, impedance, stiffness, content of hydroxide radicalm, anisortropy or isotropy on laser shock forming is analyzed. On the above basis,the ideal property of overlay in laser shock forming is put forward,and a new concept,manufacturing technology of overlay is set forth. In the view of making laser shocking process applicable, more attention showld he paid to the study of manufacturing technology of overlay.
