摘要
通过大量实验并从理论上探讨了氧化钙原料、石灰乳浓度、二氧化碳流量、温度、晶形控制剂及其加入量和加入时间等因素对制备造纸专用片状沉淀碳酸钙的影响,确定了较理想的工艺条件。制备出分散性良好的平均粒径为0.6μm的造纸专用片状碳酸钙。
The effect factors,such as the CaO raw material,the concentration of lime milk,the flow of CO_2,the reaction temperature,the amount and time of crystal control agent added on the preparing of flake precipitated calcium carbonate for paper coating have been discussed according to a lot of experiments and theory.The optimum reaction conditions are determined and the flake calcium carbonate with good dispersivity and average particle diameter of 0.6 μm for paper coating is prepared.
