西兰花状碳酸钙粉体的制备及表征 被引量:5

PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF BROCCOLI FLOWER-LIKE CALCIUM CARBONATE POWDER

摘要 以醋酸钙和碳酸钠溶液为原料,柠檬酸三钠为添加剂,采用沉淀法制备了西兰花状碳酸钙粉体。研究了柠檬酸三钠添加量和温度对制备碳酸钙粉体的影响;通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、热重分析表征了样品的相结构、形貌和粒度。结果表明:在反应温度为40℃时,柠檬酸三钠添加量为10%(质量分数,下同)的条件下,制得了单一的、粒度为7~18μm的西兰花状碳酸钙粉体;柠檬酸三钠添加量分别为5%,15%和20%的条件下,分别得到了六边形、飞碟状、牡丹花形等特殊形貌的碳酸钙晶粒。在反应温度为20℃和柠檬酸三钠添加量为10%的条件下,制得了均匀球形碳酸钙粉体。并用多二维成核-层生长理论解释了西兰花状碳酸钙的形成机理。 Broccoli-like CaCO3 particles powder was synthesized from a calcium acetate and sodium calcium solution by precipitation method using trisodium citrate as additive.The structure,morphology and granularity of CaCO3 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of temperature and the amount of trisodium citrate on the morphology of CaCO3 particles were investigated.The results show that the particles of the powder sample prepared at 40 ℃ and added with 10% in mass(the same below) trisodium citrate are uniform broccoli-like CaCO3 with a granular size of 7-18 μm.At the same time,the particles of the samples obtained at 40 ℃ and added with 5%,15%,20% trisodium citrate are the special hexagonal-and fly disk-,peony flower-CaCO3 polymorphs,respectively.The sample prepared at 20 ℃ and added 10% trisodium citrate is uniform spherical CaCO3 particles.The formation mechanism of the broccoli-like CaCO3 is explained by the theory of multiple two dimensional nucleation and layer growth.
