摘要
目的 深入考察马齿苋与其它降血脂药物或成分如何合理组方联用 ,以便寻找最佳防治方案。方法 选用有重复的正交试验设计 ,考察 3个因素、2个水平及各因素间的一级交互作用 ,根据正交表L8(2 7)安排试验因素 ,分析复方马齿苋 (A)、复方微量元素 (B)、复方决明子 (C)对高脂血症等的防治作用。结果 血小板聚集率等 8个指标 3个因素A间、B间、C间 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ,A2 >A1,B2 >B1,C2 >C1。A ,C ,B同时应用效果最好 ,且作用A优于C优于B ,最优组合为A2 C2 B2 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。结论 复方马齿苋及其组合皆能阻止血清总胆固醇 (TC)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)、血小板聚集率、红细胞膜流动性微粘度数值、红细胞刚性指数(IR)升高 ,提高载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH PX)、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶 (LCAT)水平 ;马齿苋与其它降血脂药物或成分合理联合应用 ,发挥多因素的协同作用 。
Objective To explore how to combine purslane with other drugs or compositions to lower blood lipids.To find out the best combination for preventing and treating.Methods Orthogonal test design was used to analyse anti-hyperlipidemia effect of compound purslane(A),compound microelement(B)and compound juemingzi(C).Results 8 indexes of A,B and C like platelet aggregation rate,etc had statistical significance(P<0.01 or 0.05).While A,C,B were used simultaneously,the effect was the best;and the effect was A>C>B.The best combination was A 2C 2B 2(P<0.01or0.05).Conclusion Compound purslane and its combinations could decrease TC,apolipoprotein B(apoB),platelet aggregation rate,RBC membrane fluidity micro-viscosity,and RBC IR as well and increase apoA 1,GSH-PX,LCAT.Through combination,the effect of purslane was preferable.
