摘要
目的:研究马齿苋不同提取物的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。方法:将马齿苋制备成不同提取物的试验样品。用二甲苯、巴豆油致小鼠耳郭肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;用醋酸扭体试验和热板法观察其镇痛作用;用耐缺氧实验装置,观察小鼠缺氧存活时间和耗氧量的变化。结果:马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。在相同和不同生药剂量下,马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物作用较弱,马齿苋正丁醇提取物作用明显。结论:马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物、马齿苋正丁醇提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用,其作用正丁醇提取物强于醋酸乙酯提取物。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammation, the analgesia and the toleration oxygen deficit of Porslane extracts. METHODS Test samples porslane were obtained from porslane oleracea L. by extracting with water and alcohol. The mice au riele swelling method was used in anti inflammatory experiment by using xylene and croton oil. The hot-plate procedure and acetic acid writhing test in mice were used for the study of analgesic effect. The variations of the survival time under hypoxia condition and oxygen consumption in mice were observed using anoxia tolerance test. RESULTS The ethyl acetate and n-buta- nol extraction of porslane had the functions of anti inflammation, the analgesia effects and the toleration of oxygen deficit remarkably. At same and different doses of crude drugs, the function of porslane was weaker than the function of the alcohol extraction of porslane. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate and n-butanol extraction of porslane have the definite functions of the anti inflammation, the analgesia effects and the toleration oxygen deficit. The function of ethyl acetate extraction of porslane was weaker than function of the n-butanol extraction of porslane.
