摘要
在饮用水处理中,采用一种新型的聚硅酸金属盐混凝剂(PAFS polysilicic acid aluminium and ferricsalt)进行低浊水净化实验.实验以低浊度的某江水为原水,研究了在不同n(Al)/n(Fe)时此系列混凝剂之间的差异,证明PAFS(n(Al)/n(Fe)=10:3)混凝剂的除浊、脱色效果较好.试验结果表明聚合时间在15d内、pH为6-8、沉淀时间为12 min的条件下,PAFS(n(Al)/n(Fe)=10:3)混凝剂具有最优的混凝性能和最低的残余铝量.通过分析可知,此混凝剂具有最理想的混凝效果和最低残余铝量的原因是PAFS这种长链的无机混凝剂可以通过吸附架桥和电中和作用去除水中的胶体杂质和颗粒态的铝.这种混凝剂适用于处理我国南方低浊水质,具有广阔的应用前景.
A metal-polysilicate coagulant is used in low turbid water treatment. While treated water from a southern river, the differences among this sort of coagulants with different n (Al)/n (Fe) ratios are investigated, and PAFS (polysilicic acid aluminium and ferric salt) with 10:3 of Al to Fe seems to have the best coagulation performance by measuring the removal efficiencies of turbidity and color. As shown by experimental results, under the conditions of polymerization time within 15 d, pH 6-8, sedimentation time 12 min, PAFS (n (Al)/n (Fe)=10:3) has the most outstanding coagulation efficiency and the lowest residual aluminum because the coagulant removes colloid impurity and particulate aluminum by adsorption bridging and electrical neutralization of inorganic polymer coagulant with long chains. The presented metal-polysilicate is applicable for Southern China low turbid water, and the wide application prospect of the metal-polysilicate coagulants is proved.
