摘要
常温下,以酸改性粉煤灰、硝酸铁、硝酸铝为原料制备粉煤灰/水合金属氧化物复合吸附剂,通过SEM、XRD对其进行微观形貌观察及结构表征,用原子吸收分光光度法分析其对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,制备复合吸附剂时,铝与铁摩尔比为2∶1、改性剂用量为0.4g/g;吸附时吸附剂用量为20g/L、溶液pH值为8、吸附时间为90min,Cu2+去除率可达97.8%,较酸改性粉煤灰提高了15.5%。
Fly ash/hydrated metal oxide compound adsorbent is prepared with acid-modified fly ash, ferric nitrate, aluminum nitrate. Its micro morphology and structure, is characterized by SEM and XRD. The adsorptionperformance of Cu2+ is analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that when mole ratio of aluminum and iron 2 : 1, modification dosage is0.4 g/g, adsorbent dosage is 20 g/L, pH value is 8, adsorption time reaches 90 min, removal rate of Cu〉 reaches 97.8%, which increases by 15.5% than acid modified fly ash.
