摘要
为了确定复合材料层压板在受冲击后是否需要修补,提出了一种适合工程应用的复合材料受低能量冲击后剩余抗压强度的估算方法,将Nuismer Whitney针对带孔板剩余抗压强度的平均应力准则以及特征长度的概念应用到受冲击损伤结构,对已有多种材料体系的层压板受冲击后的抗压强度的试验与分析值进行比较,结果吻合得较好,并且可以作为剩余强度的下限。这里的特征长度比用开孔板压缩所得到的特征长度参数大,是一种推广的特征长度。
To determine whether composite laminates should be repaired, a simplified engineering method to evaluate strength of composite laminated plate is given, and a new simplified assumption that simulated impact damage zone as a circular hole is developed. Nuismer-Whitneys average strength criterion about composite laminated plate with a hole is extended to the analysis of compression after impact strength (CAI), the applicability and effectiveness of the method is validated by comparing numerical analysis with experimental results, but the 'Characteristic Dimension' is larger than the Nuismers original one.
