摘要
本文阐述了落锤式冲击试验系统的机构及工作原理,介绍了几种国际上较为通用的压缩夹具设计方案及损伤区域的检测方式。通过冲击损伤外观形态和内部检测分析了基体裂纹、分层和纤维断裂3种冲击损伤机理;分析了局部屈曲、局部与整体耦合屈曲及整体失稳3种压缩破坏过程和机理。
In this paper, the structure and working principle on the drop hammer type impact test system were expoun- ded briefly, several international more common compression jig design scheme and damage area detection mode were intro- duced. The crack, layering, and fiber breakage three kind of impact damage mechanism were analyzed through the impact damage morphology and Internal testing. The local buckling, partial and whole coupling buckling and overall buckling three kind of compression failure process and mechanism were analyzed.
