摘要
电子电路热设计是电路设计的重要环节。在阐述电路热设计的一般流程的基础上对电子元件进行了热分析,给出电路热设计的原则,并介绍应用Icepak软件对电路优化设计的方法。
Thermal design of electronic circuit is a important step for design of electronic circuit.Baed on a flowchart of thermal design,the thermal analysis and thermal design method of electronic circuit are described. Thermal simulation software (Icepak) is presented.
