摘要
用传统的热设计理论及经验公式对电源模块内的四个50W大功率管进行了散热设计,应 用热分析软件Icepak对理论计算进行了校核,并对方案进行了优化设计。
This paper introduces the theoretical design and CFD software simulation of heat sink for a large-power supply module. The total power of the module is 200W. The simulation result using Icepak has good accordance with the result from experiential formula.
