简要介绍了 IAEA-TECDOC-95 3引入的操作干预水平 (OIL)的定义和 IAEA建议的压水堆事故下操作干预水平的缺省值 ;着重介绍在反应堆事故情况下 ,根据监测结果修正操作干预水平缺省值的方法 ;举例说明了修正和重新计算
This paper presents the definitions of both operational intervention levels (OIL) introduced by the IAEA-TECDOC-953 and the IAEA-recommended OIL defaults for PWR accidents, with emphases on the methods to revise OIL defaults according to monitoring results in an emergency of reactor and the samples to show procedures of revision and recaculations.
