根据 IAEA最近出版的核应急技术文件“Updating IAEA-TECDOC-95 3”对“IAEA-TECDOC-95 3”的主要修改点 ,概要介绍了国际应急信息和理念的新近进展 。
In the light of the main revisions of IAEA-TECDOC-953 incorporated in the Updating IAEA-TECDOC-953 published recently in 2003, this paper focuses on the recent progress in both emergency information and concepts in a bid to attract the attention of China's radiation protection community.
