摘要
20世纪80年代以来,随着知识经济、信息时代的到来,建筑企业面临着前所未有的竞争环境变化,传统的组织模式已越来越不能适应产业的发展,大型工程项目组织结构必须迎接新的挑战。本文主要比较了三种现行大型工程项目组织结构模式,揭示了工程项目信息化管理对组织结构提出的新要求和变革思路。
Since 1980s,all building enterprises face unprecedented change of competitive environment in intellectual revolution and information economic era;and traditional organization modes are becoming inadaptable to the environment;challenges have been brought to the existing large-scale project institution framework.This paper compares three kinds of current large-scale project institutional framework modes mainly,describes their defects and some new demand to tradition project organization and introduces the innovation of thought for institution framework.
