摘要
在分析电力企业信息化建设现状的基础上,认为人力资源信息化建设相对滞后的主要原因是主观上对信息化建设必要性认识不足,理解存在误区;客观上信息化建设基础相对薄弱,原有制度不够完善。同时提出相应的对策即用人力资本理论更新观念,重新认识信息化对企业人力资源建设的影响;用科学的发展观指导企业人力资源信息化建设进程;用系统的理念实践信息化软件的开发与应用。
Basing on analyzing the present condition of information system construction in a power enterprise, it is believed that the main factors, which make human resource information system lag behind other aspects else, are (a) subjectively speaking, lacking knowledge to the necessary of building information system and misunderstanding it, (b) objectively speaking, the foundation of information system is relatively weak, and the original rules and regulations are incomplete. Some countermeasures were put forward such as updating idea with human resource theory, re-recognizing the effect of information system on enterprise's human resource construction, using scientific and developing viewpoints to guide the procedure of enterprise's human resource information system building, using systematic idea to apply information software to enterprise.
