摘要
随着我国“西气东输”工程的投运 ,我国东部地区各省市将大规模开展CNG汽车加气站建设。加强对CNG汽车加气站设备技术水平评估和质量分析 ,制定和完善CNG汽车加气站整体验收标准已是当务之急。为此 ,从技术性、经济性两个方面出发 ,讨论了确定CNG汽车加气站设备技术水平评价指标体系的原则和层次分析方法 ,建立了CNG汽车加气站评价指标体系框架模型和评价指标体系层次结构模型 ,该模型可用于对同一CNG汽车加气站不同型号同种设备或不同CNG汽车加气站同种设备的评价和排序。最后 。
As 'West-East Gas Transmission' engineering is going to put into operation, Chinese east areas will establish CNG filling stations in a large scale. It is urgent necessary to enhance equipment evaluation for technical level and quality analysis of CNG stations, and make acceptation standards for completed CNG fill stations. So from the two aspects of technology and economy, the article discusses the principles and hierarchy analysis method of evaluation index system for technical level of equipment in CNG filling stations, and develops the frame model and hierarchy structure model of evaluation index system for technical level of equipment in CNG filling stations. The model can be used to evaluate and rank the same type of equipment with different models in a CNG filling station, or the same type of equipment in different stations. In the end, with real case calculating, the technical level of compressors equipped in CNG filling stations is evaluated.
