摘要
血管组织工程近年来发展的相当快 ,目前的研究主要着眼于支架材料的设计诸如机械性能和生物活性的改变 ,种子细胞的选择及体外动态培养系统的应用。进一步改进支架材料的生物特性 ,深入研究细胞间的相互作用及细胞信号的传导尤其是基因工程 。
Advances in tissue engineered vascular grafts have shown rapid progress in recent years. Research in this field has focused on improving scaffold material, including mechanical properties and changes of bioactivity; seed cell selecting and application of in vitro dynamic cultivation system. Further study of cellcell interactions ,the selection of appropriate matrices(cellmatrix interation) and transmission of cell signal, especially the advance in gene engineering and stem cell will lead to further progress in clinical application of tissue engineered blood vessel.
