摘要
目的 通过对 132例复发性阿弗它溃疡 (RAU)患者应用以生物制剂眼生素为主针对性综合治疗后的临床疗效分析研究 ,来评价该方法的实用性和有效性。方法 用综合疗法治疗 132例RAU患者作为实验组 ,用常用药物左旋咪唑治疗 33例RAU患者作为对照组。结果 实验组取得 90 .2 %的总有效率 ,对照组取得 72 .7%的总有效率 ,经卡方检验 ,二者之间有非常显著的差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,实验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 治疗病因复杂多样的RAU ,应选用以免疫调节为主的几种针对不同致病因素的有效药物进行联合治疗 ,方能取得持久而较好的疗效。本文应用的综合治疗方法疗效好、药物价廉、易得且副作用甚微 。
Objective To evaluate the effectuality and practicality of the symptomatic comprehensive treatment for RAU with immune regulating preparation ocustilla. Methods A tatal of 132 patients with RAU were treated by the symptomatic comprehensive therapy as the experimental group,and 33 patients with RAU were treated with levomisol as the contral group. Results Total effective rate in experimental group was 90.2 % and that in contral group was 72.7 %. The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.01). The curative effect in experimental group was significantly superior to that of contral group.Conclusion The combined treatment with several effective drugs(mainly the immune regulation preparation) focused on various pathogenic factors is the choice in RAU. Since the therapeutic regimen will result in better effect persistently. The comprehensive treatment reported in this paper has the advantages of beter effect,non expensive and fewer side effect. It is a novel treatment for RAU and worthy to spread in clinical practices.
