摘要
本研究通过用生物制剂眼生素对３２只家兔的人工口腔溃疡和６８例ＲＡＵ患者行局部封闭治疗及１３２例ＲＡＵ患者行以眼生素为主的综合治疗，个别以地塞米松和左旋咪唑为对照组。结果发现，局部治疗各组之间愈合过程没有组织病理的差异，但不论是经眼生素和地塞米松局部封闭治疗后均可缩短愈合程序４～５天；而综合治疗组的有效率（９０．２％）明显高于对照组（７２．７％）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文研究表明，治疗复杂多样的ＲＡＵ应选用以免疫调节为主的针对几种不同致病因素的有效药物行综合治疗方能取得持久可靠的疗效。眼生素是一种可推广应用的治疗ＲＡＵ的新的生物制剂。
Ocustilla was used in local block injection to cure 32 rabbits artificial ulcerations of oral mucosa and 68 RAU cases in clinic. We found that there were no pathologic difference between them, but 4￣5 days could be shorten in healing either Ocustilla or Daxanmethasone as local block injection. On the other hand, 132 RAU patients accepted symptomatic comprehensive treatment was observed , The resuets showed that the effect rate(90.2%) was more higher than control(72.7%)( P <0.01). It suggest that combined treatment it consisted of several effective drugs and immune regulating preparation ocustilla as main element was teoaled for RAU, a lasting and better curative effect could be obtained. Ocustilla is a new biological preperation for treating RAU that popularized in clinic.
