摘要
随着区域经济环境的变化,区域产业结构处于不断变化的状态,从低级到高级、由简单到复杂,新兴产业部门逐步取代传统部门,这是区域经济发展的基本途径。在这一过程中,为经济发展提供服务的金融部门的结构也必须做出相应的调整,服务水平逐步提高、新的金融工具不断涌现、金融创新活跃,这样才能适应经济发展的需要。
Alongside the change of the area economy circumstance,regional industry structure is also in the state of evolvement from junior to senior and form simple to complex. The basic way of the area economy development is that the new industrial department displaced the traditional department. During the process, the financial department providing the help for the economic development must be adjusted correspondingly. It doesn’t adapt to the need of the economic development unless the quality of service is improved step by step, the new financial tools appear perpetually and the financial innovation flourishes.
