摘要
本文考察了西部地区金融与经济增长的关系。利用西部地区1985年到2003年的数据进行实证分析,结果表明西部地区金融发展与经济增长存在显著的正相关关系,并且因果关系检验显示经济增长是影响金融发展的原因。通过建立模型和回归检验,发现经济不能全部的解释金融的发展。最后,对相关的回归结果作了原因分析和简单评述。
This essay makes a study on the relationship between financial development and economic growth in China＇s west regions. With the use of the data during 1985～2003 this essay carries out an empirical analysis. The result indicates that there is an obvious positive correlation between the financial development and economic growth in the west regions and the cause-effect test shows that economic growth is the cause to influence the financial development. By model building and regression test, it is seen that economy cannot explain the financial development entirely. Finally, this essay makes an analysis and brief comment on the reasons for the relative regression result.
