摘要
研究了具有实虚部关联的量子噪声和泵噪声驱动的单模激光系统受信号调制后的输出信噪比 ,发现输出信噪比随量子噪声实虚部间关联系数的变化曲线有极大值 ,即存在随机共振现象 ,且信噪比极大值处对应的量子噪声实虚部间关联系数λq=0 ,分析了量子噪声强度、泵噪声强度、输入信号振幅。
The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) was presented by studying a signal modulated model of a single-mode laser system driven by pump noise and quantum noise with correlated real and imaginary parts. A maximum in the curve of the dependence of SNR upon the cross-correlation coefficient λ q between the real part and the imaginary part was found i.e., stochastic resonance (SR) appearing in the SNR vs. λ q curve. When the SNR was at the maximum, cross-correlation coefficient the λ q=0. The intensities of the pump and quantum noise, the amplitude of the modulation signal, and the net gain of the laser were studied to find their influences on SR.
