摘要
应用线性化近似方法 ,计算了信号直接调制下由具有色关联的色泵噪声和色量子噪声驱动的单模激光增益模型的输出功率谱和信噪比 ,发现在信噪比R随泵噪声自关联时间τ1 的变化曲线中同时存在共振和抑制现象 ,当增大输入信号频率到某一临界值Ω0 时 ,共振和抑制同时消失 ,曲线成为单调 .进一步还发现R随衰减系数γ的变化曲线也会出现共振的新现象 .
Using the linear approximation method, the output power spectrum of a gain-noise model is calculated in a single-mode laser driven by direct signal-modulated correlated colored pump and quantum noises. We detect that, not only resonance, but also suppression appear in the signal-to-noise ratio R versus the self-correlation time of pump noise τ 1 curve. However, when the frequency of input signal increases to a certain critical value Ω 0, both resonance and suppression disappear, i.e. the curve becomes monotonous. Moreover, the signal-to-noise ratio R versus attenuation coefficient γ curve also exhibits resonance.
