摘要
建立了止泻胶囊中岩白菜素的HPLC测定方法。采用超声提取岩白菜素,采用ODS C18柱,甲醇-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长275nm,在0.2～2.8mg进样量范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD为1.3%。
A HPLC method for determination of bergenin in Zhixie capsules was established. Bergenin wasextracted by methanol and ultrasonic agitation. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(20∶80), at the detection wavelength of 275nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2～ 2.8mg (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.4% (RSD 1.3%).
