摘要
从轧制过程中金属表面化学效应、润滑剂在金属表面吸附机理、润滑吸附膜的结构和润滑剂的摩擦化学反应等几方面评述了铝材轧制润滑剂的摩擦化学研究内容和最新进展 ,对其存在的问题及发展趋势也作了讨论。
The research fields and advancements of tribochemistry of lubricant used in aluminum rolling were reviewed according to chemical effect of metal surface in rolling process, adsorbing mechanism of lubricant in metal surface and lubricating film structure and tribochemical reaction. Its problem and developing tendency were also discussed.
