双氯芬酸钾脉冲释药微丸口服给药系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:本研究以双氯芬酸钾(diclofenacpotossium,DP)为模型药物,制备脉冲释药微丸。方法:采用微型流化床包衣设备,以低取代羟丙基纤维素(L-HPC)为内层溶胀层材料、乙基纤维素水分散体(Surelease)为外层控释层材料制备了双层衣膜的包衣微丸。结果与结论:制备工艺稳定可行。 Objective:To make a suitable therapeutic regimen,Diclofenac potassium(DP)was chosen as a model drug.Method:using low—substituted hydroxyprolcellulse(L—HPLC)as inner swelling layer and aqueous ethycellulose dispersion—Surelease as outer controlled membrane.Re- sult and Conclusion:The preparation process is stable and practicable.
