摘要
目的:进行连翘中连翘甙的富集。方法:采用70%乙醇回流,D_(2820)型大孔吸附树脂纯化的方法。结果:使提取物中连翘甙的含量达到27.2%。结论:D_(2820)型大孔吸附树脂适合分离纯化连翘中连翘甙。
Objective:Enriching phillyrin in Forsythia Suspensa(Thunb)Vahl.Methods: Phillyrin was extracted with 70% Ethanol by rotating distillation and purified with D_(2820) macroreticular resin.Result:The content of phillyrin in the extract is 27.2%.Conclusion:D_(2820) macroreticular resin fits in purification of phillyrin in Forsythia suspensa(Thunb)Vahl.
