根据邕江河道障碍物形成的原因,区分不同性质和种类,对照不同建设年代河道管理和城市规划、建设、土地管理法律、法规和管理实际,参照现行拆迁补偿政策法规,确定邕江河道清障补偿办法。
According to the cause of forming the river barrier in the Yongjiang river, analyzed their nature and type, consulted the concern law, rules and clearance compensating polices, and determined the barrier clearance compensating means.
