根据南水北调工程中线北京段施工中出现的爆破影响二次拆迁问题,简要分析介绍了爆破影响范围的划定,爆破安全责任划分原则,施工爆破补偿办法,补偿区及影响监测区补偿标准等关键问题。
In accordance with the problems from the re-resettlement for the areas impacted by the blasting during the construction of Beijing-section within the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, brief analyses and introductions are made on the key aspects such as the demarcation of the area impacted by blasting, the principle of the responsibility on blasting safety, the compensation method for the construction blasting, the compensation standard for both the compensation areas and the impact monitoring areas, etc.
