摘要
目的 :研究滨蒿花蕾的化学成分。方法 :各种色谱法分离纯化 ,波谱法鉴定结构。结果 :从干燥花蕾中分离得到 4个黄酮类化合物 ,鉴定为金丝桃苷 (Ⅴ ) ;泽兰黄酮 (Ⅵ ) ;胡麻素 (Ⅶ ) ;5 ,7,2′,4′ 四羟基 6 ,5′ 二甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅷ )。结论 :化合物Ⅴ ,Ⅵ ,Ⅶ ,Ⅷ为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in flower bud of Artemisia scoparia . Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by means of various chromatographic methods,and spectroscopic methods were used to identify their structures. Result: Four flavones were isolated and their structures were identified as hyperin(Ⅴ),eupafolin(Ⅵ),pedalitin(Ⅶ),5,7,2′,4′-tetrahydroxy-6,5′-dimethoxyflavone(Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ were obtained from this plant for the first time.
