摘要
薯蓣属植物中药黄独 (DioscoreabulbiferaL .)的 75 %乙醇提取物经系统溶剂萃取后 ,从乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到 5个化合物 ,根据理化性质和谱学分析鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,Ⅰ ) ,黄独素B(diosbulbin B ,Ⅱ ) ,7,3′ ,4′ 三羟基 3 ,5二甲氧基黄酮 (caryatin ,Ⅲ ) ,7,4′ 二羟基 3 ,5 二甲氧基黄酮 (7,4′ dihydroxy 3 ,5 dimethoxyflavone ,Ⅳ ) ,5 ,7,3′ ,4′ 四羟基黄烷 3 醇 (5 ,7,3′ ,4′ tetrahy droxyflavan 3 ol,Ⅴ )。其中 (Ⅲ )、(Ⅳ )
Five compounds were isolated from Dioscorea bulbifera L.. The structures were identified by spectral analysis and comparison with the known compound and relative documents. The five compounds were established as follows:β sitosterol(Ⅰ) , diosbulbin B(Ⅱ), caryatin(Ⅲ), 7,4′ dihydroxy 3,5 dimethxoyflavone(Ⅳ),5,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxy flavan 3 ol(Ⅴ). Among them compounds(Ⅲ)and(Ⅳ)were obtained from Dioscorea species for the first time.
