摘要
当旋流器给料细度一定时,通过控制分离粒度可以获得所需的溢流细度。理论分析和经验公式均表明:对于给定的旋流器,入口处矿浆浓度和压强是影响分离粒度的两个重要因素,通过调节这两个量即可得到希望的分离粒度。基于此,本文提出了根据压强调节浓度从而控制住分离粒度的策略。仿真结果和现场数据均说明了该方案的可行性。
Under the same size fed to a hydrocyclone,the desired overflow size distribution can be obtained by regulating the cut size.It is accepted now,according to theoretical and empirical formulas,that the input pressure and concentration for a given hydrocyclone are the most important factors that effect the cut size,which means that the desired cut size can be gotten through regulating the pressure and concentration.In view of the above,a strategy of controlling the cut size by regulating the concentration from the pressure is proposed.The feasibility of this strategy is verified both in simulation and fieldwork.
