摘要
从番荔枝科假鹰爪属植物假鹰爪(Desmos chinensis Lour.)的根中得到两种结晶,鉴定为4,7-二羟基-5-甲氧基-6-甲基-8-醛基黄烷和5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基双氢黄酮(即demethoxy-matteucinol)前者为新化合物,后者则首次从该植物中获得。
From the roots of Desmos chinensis Lour (Annonaceae), a folk medicine for treatment of malaria in China, two flavonones were isolated by means of chemical and spectral data. These two compounds have been identifies as 4,7-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-6-mcthly-8-formyl-flavane and 5,7-dihyroxy-6,8-dimethyl- dihydroflavonce (demethoxymatteucinol), respectively.
